Charlotte leads technology for bp’s lubricants business, Castrol for the AsPac region. Her team is dedicated to advancing fluid technologies for todays and the future needs for Castrol’s customers and partners. Prior to this she has held other roles within bp across various spaces including refining, technical lobbying, business development and manufacturing. She has also worked across multiple geographic locations in Europe and Australia. She is a strong champion for sustainability and takes this as a personal commitment to shift the dial on. Charlotte champions both internally within Castrol through leadership on sustainable initiatives, but also externally with her chair position for the Asian Lubricant Industry Association Council and their Sustainability Sub-Committee to influence the direction of the industry as a whole. Charlotte graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) and from the National University of Singapore with a Masters in Business Administration
