Mr. Foo has more than 25 years of information and communication industry experience from both operators and vendors. He has involved in a number of Enterprise Digitalization projects and has extensive knowledge in private/public Cloud and AI strategy.
He is appointed as the President of Data Centre Facility and Critical Power Business of Asia Pacific in 2024. He joined Huawei in 2007 has served as Director of Asia Pacific Carrier Solution Department, Vice President of Huawei Malaysia, MD of Huawei Australia and CEO of Huawei International Singapore.
Before joining Huawei, Mr. Foo was the Head of R&D of a start-up and were responsible for developing various value added services and signaling products. He was instrumental in helping the company to list successfully in Singapore and Malaysia.
He graduated from USM with Electronic Engineering degree in 1997 and obtained his postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University in 2000.
