A seasoned Commercial and Business Development professional, Jai Chandran has been in the building and construction industry for over 15 years, specializing in fire suppression field. He started out his career in project management in a leading fire protection firm in Singapore and progressed to spearhead the commercial division involved in fire protection services across various sectors which includes data centres, storage warehouses, commercial & industrial projects, petrochemical, aviation, transportation, healthcare, and government. Jai has developed a strong network within the industry and is equipped with good knowledge in regional building codes and requirements, including NFPA and FM Global standards. Jai joined Johnson Controls as Business Development Manager focusing on Special Hazards Engineered Systems for South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan region.
