He has more than 22 years of Design, Engineering and Development Management experience for solutions around Critical Infrastructure, Energy, Technology and Smart Sustainable Build Environments with highest standard of Ethics and Compliance Manish has worked across UK/Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia Pacific and India, leading complex and cross functional global Integrated teams/services to win and deliver stakeholders expectations around accommodating humane ecosystem. He has managed successful turnarounds and transitions both in linear and matrix structure organizations by setting up right blend of People, Process and Technology on Projects, Program and Organization levels. Always looking at practical application of blending human capital, technology and lean process like Digital Engineering, BIM, IOT, AI, performance led Generative Design, Digital Project Management, Smart Asset Control on projects for improved productivity respecting ROI.
