Raymond Chay is the Business Development Manager, Water and Mechanical for Johnson Controls. He joined the company in 2016 and brings over 17 years of engineering and project management experience across Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Raymond has held various positions in business development, engineering, contracts and planning department. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Raymond started off his career as a Project Engineer and raised through the ranks to become Commercial Director where he was actively involved in numerous large-scale projects such as the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Singapore Changi Airport Terminals, and the Marina Bay Business Centre. Equipped with strong fire systems design and application background, his focus has been in the applications of new technologies, technical services, and training. Raymond holds a Degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
