As Senior Consultant with DC Byte, a UK-headquartered data centre specialist consultancy, Tim advises key data centre operators and global investors in their market entry and investment strategy across both developed and emerging APAC markets. He joined DC Byte from Digital Realty, where he was involved in commercial/asset management for the US operator's portfolio of data centres in APAC. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Cornell University. He is cross-culturally fluent and speaks English and Mandarin.
