Vivek is a digital infrastructure professional with experience advising on all real estate asset classes. He has built and led teams of senior professionals, excelling at new client acquisitions, service delivery improvements, and P&L growth. Vivek currently leads the Data Centre Advisory Team for Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific. He advises cloud majors, colocation firms, enterprises and sector investors/ developers on their data centre requirements across the region. Vivek's diverse team is at the forefront of the evolution being witnessed in the DC space. Setting up greenfield availability regions, structuring built-to-suit leases, sale and leasebacks of DC assets and bespoke capital advisory are just some examples of the trailblazing work executed by Vivek and his team in the recent past. Vivek is a Town Planner from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and holds an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is a member of numerous business organizations.
