Mr Lee Wai Meng graduated from the University of Singapore in 1987 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is an Electrical professional engineer and EMA licensed electrical engineer of 230kV grade in Singapore. Since 2000, he has been doing online and offline partial discharge measurement for HV cables, transformers, switchgear and motors. He is currently the Managing Director of ON Engineers Pte Ltd. With a staff strength of 120, the company provides solutions to the electrical power industry.
